This is how the Supreme Court will impact the 2024 election
There is a thin silver lining amongst key losses for Democrats
In the last four years, the U.S. Supreme Court has handed down a series of decisions that have deeply affected the social, political, and legal landscape of the country. Some of these rulings have been so contentious that they are likely to play a pivotal role in the 2024 presidential election by motivating or discouraging voters from various critical demographics. Three key rulings — Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee, and New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen — could be especially impactful.
