That’s a really interesting point and partly why I concluded on the somewhat cop-out answer that ‘there needs to be more research’. Some people, like Nate Cohn, seem to think the ‘Haters’ from 2016 have merged firmly into Trump’s column, which, by definition, will include Clinton haters too.
